Shipping Policy

At TREV Curated, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping and delivery timelines.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


United States Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Total estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 8–17 business days, including processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, international delivery typically takes:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-30 business days

International transit times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons

Trev Curated is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Trev Curated is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
